Job Description:
Busy CPA office in Bloomfield, NJ is seeking an experienced
administrative professional for a full-time position due to the
retirement of a 25 year employee. This position requires someone
with strong organizational skills, along with excellent
communication and prioritization skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks
is required, knowledge of intuit lacerte is desired. Duties include
answering phones, bookkeeping, facilitating the delivery of tax
returns; processing payroll tax returns (940s and 941s), sales tax
returns, and workers compensation audits. During TAX SEASON, this
role will be required to work Saturdays and evenings (overtime
compensation will be paid). Compensation is commensurate with
qualifications. They offer a casual working environment, with
flexible working hours outside of tax season. The clients and
employees of this office both tend to be long term and they are
