T&M Associates is looking for an organized and self-motivated candidate to fill a position as a Project Accounting Coordinator in any of our NJ offices - Middletown, Bloomfield, Toms River or Mount Laurel.Responsibilities will include:Project set-up.Working with supervisor on new T&M initiativesTraining & Educating client & project managersReview contracts and/or proposals.Invoicing in E-Billing module - billing maintenance, prepare invoice, pull clerical backup and prepare vouchers for signature.Vouchers are typed in Excel, Word, AdobePrepare escrow holders copies of invoices.Electronic Filing of invoices, contracts and/or proposals, project setups, budget changes.Analyze projects for wip and variances.Project closeouts.Bill rate schedule setups and changes.Apply cash for deposit as a backup for collections department.QualificationsSuccessful candidate must be accurate, detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and clients.Very high volume, multi task position.Micro Soft Office knowledge including Microsoft Access.5+ years' experience required in billing multiple clients with varied formats and billing criteria.Post high-school education and Accounting skills a plus.Engineering Invoice experience helpful but not required.Why T&M?Flexible Work Arrangements (both in location and hours)Defined Career Progression PathsDiversity and Inclusion initiativesProfessional development trainingsTuition and continuing education reimbursementWellness programs for physical, emotional, and financial wellnessThe core of T&M is to focus on clients, act with integrity, be accountable for the work we do and deliver quality as a result.
