We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the collection of revenues, ensuring that client billings are issued timely and payments are collected promptly. This role demands a meticulous and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and contributes to our mission of enhancing urban infrastructure. Monitor and maintain accounts receivable ledgers for accuracy and timeliness. Execute and send billings to clients in a timely fashion. Communicate with clients to ensure invoices are clear and payment timelines are met. Prepare and present detailed reports on the status of accounts and discrepancies. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather and confirm billing information. Assist in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue figures. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of billing and financial policies. Excellent organizational and data entry skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred. Certified Accounts Receivable Professional (CARP) is a plus.
