Job Description Job Description Primary Job Title: Business Analyst Alternate/Related Job Titles: Business Analyst III Risk & Compliance Business Analyst Banking Business Analyst GRC Business Analyst Program Support Analyst Location: Mount Laurel, NJ Onsite Flexibility: Remote (100% – East Coast Hours) Contract Details (Contract roles only): Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 17 months Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $50–70/hr Job Summary: The Business Analyst will provide project coverage and business-as-usual (BAU) support to ensure program continuity while the team is in testing. This role focuses on issues management, reporting accuracy, stakeholder communication, and operational administration within a risk and compliance environment. The ideal candidate brings banking industry experience, strong written communication skills suitable for executive audiences, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, reporting-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide status updates, create and attend meetings, and take detailed meeting minutes. Provide status updates for specific high-risk items. Step in as a delegate for other team members when needed. Maintain status updates in Work Front to ensure reporting accuracy. Perform BAU administrative functions to keep the program running efficiently. Interact with internal stakeholders (100% internal collaboration). Participate in 1–2 hours of meetings daily as part of routine responsibilities. Required Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement). 3–5 years of overall experience. Experience in the Banking Industry . Experience supporting Risk Governance or Risk and Compliance programs. Strong written communication skills with ability to write at the executive level. Nice-to-Have Experience: Compliance program experience. ServiceNow experience. GRC experience. Issue management background (strongly preferred). Managerial experience and leadership skills.
