Will also draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands and conduct and defend depositions. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. New Jersey Bar admission is required. The law firm provides legal representation to clients who have been formally charged or under investigation by municipal, county, state, or federal authorities. It defends clients against against insurance fraud, official corruption, public contract fraud, environmental crimes, organized crime, racketeering, homicide, robbery, drug related offenses, weapons offenses, arson, sexual assault, aggravated assault, and credit card fraud.Additional Skills: The candidate must have excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
