Job Description:
Inventory & Operations Administrator Location: Bridgeport, CT
Onsite Requirement: This role is based fully onsite, Monday through
Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (40 hours/week). We're seeking a
detail-oriented and organized Administrator to oversee daily
administrative operations in a shop environment. This role supports
inventory tracking, vendor coordination, equipment maintenance
scheduling, and data entry related to materials usage and shop
logistics. Key Responsibilities Inventory & Production Tracking
Track, enter, and reconcile daily and weekly production materials
(e.g., paint, epoxy, beads). Calculate and monitor mil rates and
application usage. Maintain vendor relationships and manage
inventory purchasing. Verify incoming shipments and match them to
purchase orders. Oversee weekly physical inventory counts and
re-order points. Monitor tank usage and maintain daily reporting.
Administrative & Shop Operations Monitor fuel transactions and
dashboard data for accuracy. Schedule vendor appointments and
coordinate routine maintenance. Manage filing systems, truck files,
and document consistency across platforms. Generate and maintain
reports and spreadsheets for accounting. Coordinate GPS system
support, apparel, promotional printing, and decals for
trucks/equipment. Review and approve invoices for relevant
purchases. Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks as
needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred but not
required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
and Teams. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
