Job Title: Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics Location: Summit, NJ Hours/Schedule: 40 hours/week Compensation: $35-39/hour Type: Contract Overview Joule has an opportunity with a leading Biopharma company is seeking a Specialist in Scheduling and Cell Logistics to support its cutting-edge cellular immunotherapy operations. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, SOP-driven environment, this is an exciting opportunity to support patients through groundbreaking treatments. Responsibilities Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact for assigned treatment centers Coordinate and manage patient schedules for cellular immunotherapy manufacturing Maintain master data in scheduling and account management systems Communicate with internal/external stakeholders via phone and email Troubleshoot scheduling or logistics issues and escalate as needed Support exception processes (returns, replacements, out-of-spec product) Lead or participate in daily meetings, shift turnovers, and cross-functional syncs Train treatment centers on scheduling processes Document customer feedback and track account health trends Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of relevant work experience 1–3 years in customer service, call center, patient support, logistics, or account management Experience working in highly structured, SOP-driven environments Ability to de-escalate situations and maintain professionalism Biopharma and/or project management experience a plus LI-DW1 Ref: 568-Clinical
