Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
and detail-oriented individual to join our client, a wealth
management team as a Client Services Associate. This role involves
providing administrative and client service support to ensure
seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. The
position offers a dynamic environment where you can grow your
skills and contribute to the success of a sophisticated clientele,
including individuals, families, and business leaders.
Responsibilities: • Prepare and process account documentation to
support client service operations. • Compile onboarding packets and
create reports for client meetings. • Provide administrative
assistance for financial planning and investment advisory services.
• Coordinate with financial institutions to manage account setups,
transfers, and maintenance. • Organize and maintain accurate client
records, ensuring timely handling of sensitive documents and
correspondence. • Assist advisors by preparing review materials,
generating reports, and managing mail logistics. • Schedule and
organize office meetings and facilitate client communications. •
Work onsite at least two days per week to support operational
needs. • Minimum of two years of administrative experience working
with detailed information. • Previous experience in financial
services, brokerage, or advisor teams is a BIG plus! • Strong
organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. •
High school diploma required. • Motivated team player with a
commitment to continuous growth.
