We are looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician who is interested in year-round work with a Company that leads in pay and provides the opportunity for growth and advancement. Position Summary : To provide service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Work hours : 40 per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour depending on experience bonuses! Our top technicians are making over $100k yearly! Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, IRA with Company Match, Paid Holidays & Vacation, PTO, Company Take-Home Vehicle, Phone, iPad, Company Laundered Uniform Required Qualifications : Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 3 years of residential HVAC service experience is preferred, but we will consider all levels Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License NATE Certified is highly preferred Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, spec sheets, and instructions Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Experience repairing and replacing decisions Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
