THE LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR Can you meet these qualifications? 4 years of experience as an HVAC installer EPA certification Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a good driving record Our ideal candidate has the following : Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components Proficiency in soldering techniques NATE certification We're looking for someone who can : Review project details and ensure the crew has the necessary tools and materials Lead system installations, meeting industry standards Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and leave worksites clean This is a full-time position with overtime available.
