Job Description Job Description Job Title: Setup Machinist Job Description Operate a variety of CNC machining centers and turning centers, maintaining precision and accuracy with tight tolerances. Perform self-checks using gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure quality documentation. Responsibilities Operate CNC machining centers and turning centers. Work with tight tolerances on parts and verify accuracy using measurement tools. Position, align, and secure workpieces. Utilize locating fixtures when necessary. Select and prepare tools to adapt to varying conditions and materials. Essential Skills At least 2 years of experience with CNC setups. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with CNC Vertical, CNC Horizontal, and CNC Turning machining centers. Familiarity with brands such as Mazak, Makino, Puma, Hyundai Kia/Wia, and Haas. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sussex, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
