CT Facilities, oversee the management of all projects including
cost and schedule, and report actuals to the RMS COE. Oversee
Sikorsky LOB events and tours for Facilities requirements. Oversee
Sikorsky site footprint and POC management for all LOBs. Act as
liaison between all Facilities groups to help with emergencies,
office and factory requirements, training, IT requirements,
security and ESH initiatives, etc. Manage processes and procedures
for Facilities Command Media and Business Continuity. Oversee
Contractor and Visitor management for areas noted. Responsibilities
In support of Facilities Design, Construction and Engineering
groups, oversee the management of all projects utilizing LM
Buildings PM Module to track cost and schedule - Execute weekly
project progress meetings and maintain four-pack charts for each
project - Coordinate with RMS Center of Excellence to populate the
RMS project tracker Oversee site footprint management for Sikorsky
LOBs and maintain the Sikorsky portion of the RMS Real Estate
Portfolio Oversee applicable contractors and visitors including
supply management and IT requirements Monitor expense budget to
ensure compliance to established budget and spend profiles Oversee
bidding and procurement for materials and contracted services for
areas listed Support initiatives across the enterprise that focus
on employee engagement, ethics, and enterprise excellence Provide
technical assistance to various Sikorsky entities in need of
guidance related to project management and/or factory and office

Qualifications - BA/BS degree with 2 to 4 years of experience OR 8
to 10 years of experience with no degree or some education Desired
skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal
with high level management, employees and customers, and interface
with various departments across the enterprise - Good communication
skills, both written and oral, with the ability to deal with
internal and external customers - Strong knowledge of project and
process management - Experience in monitoring project requirements
- Vast knowledge of computer and software applications including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and LM Buildings (preferred)
-Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment -
Strong adaptability skills with the ability to handle multiple
tasks and changing priorities - A team player who is willing to

Ability to work remotely Onsite Full-time: The work associated with
this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. Work Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports
a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional
flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40
hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time
away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off
benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position
in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major
metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is
$77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits
offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid
Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other
reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full
time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
