Work or educational experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Lead the strategic design and end-to-end execution of long-term projects to advance Gemini Audio capabilities horizontally and scale foundational data infrastructure in a high-impact manner. Architect and conduct complex experiments by optimizing high-throughput data pipelines and loaders, managing Gemini model training and evaluation cycles, and delivering data-driven insights to inform technical strategy. Drive the integration of high-impact data enhancements into Gemini’s pre-training and post-training mixtures, ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality data to improve model performance and capabilities. Deliver mission-critical initiatives with agility, effectively navigating evolving requirements and time-sensitive deadlines while maintaining high standards of technical excellence and project momentum.
