We're seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Craftsperson who will uphold our commitment to innovation by maintaining the machinery essential for our production processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently, thereby supporting our goal of delivering top-notch medical products to the healthcare industry. Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and carry out repairs. Update maintenance logs and report on maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist in the installation of new manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine efficiency and reliability. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Familiarity with industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Medical Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred. Electrical or mechanical training or certification.
