a Capital Markets Managing Director I - Trading within PNC's
Capital Markets organization, you will be based in New York,
NY.Finra licensed required: SIE, Series 7 and 63. Required within
120 days of hire.Job Description
- Lead and manage trading strategy and execution for select
capital markets products. Makes markets in designated customer
products and manages portfolio risk. Enforces team's compliance
with risk and regulatory requirements. May be responsible for a
team of traders.
- Works strategically with traders, sales team, relationship
managers, and investment bankers to develop and execute moderately
complex trading/hedging strategies. Maintains relationships with
buyers and sellers. Drives accountability for business results and
ensures appropriate training, coaching, development, and mentoring
of staff.
- Identifies relative value opportunities and makes markets.
Monitors market conditions and manages risk across specified team's
trading portfolios.
- Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive capital markets
and selling strategies to maximize revenue and new business
activity. Focuses market/product coverage efforts and ensures
appropriate resource allocation.
- Monitors trading activities, industry and market developments,
and regulatory requirements. Enforces compliance with policies and
regulations. Works with stakeholders to develop/modify relevant
policies and guidelines. Provides coaching to team members.PNC

Series 7 or 52, and 63 within 90 days of employment. ESOP - SIE, 63
and 79 within 120 days of employment. Other appropriate licenses
(e.g. supervisory licenses) may be required at the discretion of
the manager.Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $130,000.00 - $225,000.00.
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on
individual skills, experience, and education. This role is
incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business
