Currently, they are looking to hire a Project Manager who is responsible for leading a team of professionals across a variety of engineering and manufacturing capabilities and locations for the goal of completing projects by a set deadline, on budget and with the high quality Why join us? Compensation Up To $135,000 Strong Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision) Year End Profit Sharing Discretionary Year End Bonus 401K Program 3 Weeks PTO & 12 Paid Holidays Flexible Work Schedule Job Details Project Manager Job Responsibilities: Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project Communicating with clients and internal resources to keep the project aligned with their goals Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple skill sets are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected Monitor project costs and provide feedback to management and teams to identify areas for improvement Qualifications / Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills Project and process management Negotiation skills Budget development and tracking Mentoring and coaching Critical thinking Strong organizational and analytical skills Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field Two to three years’ experience as project manager Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software PMP certification is a plus Interested in hearing more?
