Job Description:

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, creating effective treatment plans, and maintaining patient confidentiality. The role involves providing positive encouragement to help patients achieve their goals and contributing to their healing and functional independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in Hand Therapy and comprehensive knowledge of orthosis fabrication. What We're Looking For:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred
• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred
• Excellent oral, written communication
• 1+ year(s) professional OT experience
• Basic computer skills Responsibilities include:
  • Collecting and recording patient care data
  • Conducting evaluations and establishing treatment plans
