    Responsibilities
    
    The Physical Therapist Lead is responsible for collaborating with physicians, nurses, other therapists, social workers, and other members of the patient care team to develop a patient-specific care and treatment plan
    Qualifications
    
    Job Requirements :
    • Successful completion of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education.
    • 3+ years' of physical therapy experience.
    • New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
