Information $2,648 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Cath
Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Hours per Shift: 12
hours Experience: Must have Cath Lab experience. License: NJ State
Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact
license. Certifications: BLS-AHA, ACLS-AHA, Telemetry. Must-Have:
Must be able to function as an intra-procedural RN responsible for
documentation, administration of medications, and circulator of
minimally invasive procedures such as LHC and PCI. Description: The
Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and
assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and
documents nursing care based on patient needs. Identifies patient
needs and determines priorities for care through assessment,
planning, intervention, and evaluation. Develops, implements, and
coordinates individualized plans of care for assigned patients
through initial and ongoing assessments. Initiates assessment based
on the patient’s problems or needs, the physician’s medical
diagnosis, and the functional health framework. Performs
therapeutic nursing interventions. Manages care of patients.
Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient
acuity, and/or clinical priorities. Advocates for evidence-based
practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based
practices and innovations in care delivery. Provides
patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing
practice model. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Must
have experience with equipment such as IABP, Impella, shockwave,
and other various atherectomy devices. Preferred experience with
vascular and/or neuro diagnostic and interventions. On-call
coverage is required, with a minimal coverage including support for
cardiac procedures off hours and on weekends. On-call requirements
can vary, but generally include 7-day coverage broken down over 2
