Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Montclair, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/03/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - NICU Level III, IV/n/n Schedule/n This is a night shift position, working 4x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, with weekend coverage required every other weekend. /n/nJob Description/n The NICU RN will provide high-quality care to critically ill neonates in a Level III and IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The registered nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support families during difficult times. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Perform assessments and develop nursing care plans for neonates. /n - Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies. /n - Provide respiratory support and ventilator management. /n - Conduct neonatal dosage calculations and ensure compliance with safety protocols. /n - Utilize isolation precautions to protect vulnerable patients from infectious disease. /n - Collaborate with physical therapy, respiratory services, and other interdisciplinary teams. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - 3-5 years of experience in a Level III NICU. /n - Current certifications in BLS and NRP are required; certifications marked with * are preferred. /n - Experience with IV therapy and central line management is preferred. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
