Job Description A medical center in Northern NJ is seeking a Board-Certified Pediatric Hospitalist for locum tenens coverage. About the opportunity: - Schedule: November-December 2025: 2-3 shifts per month - January-June 2026: 12-15 shifts per month - Shift Duration: 12 hours - Patient Load: 10-15 patients daily Responsibilities: - Cover the well-baby nursery - Provide pediatric consultations in the Emergency Room - Attend all deliveries - Manage an average daily census of: 5 nursery patients - 3 ER consults - 5 deliveries - Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR Qualifications: - Board Certification in Pediatrics - Ability to work independently (solo coverage)
