seeking a Nurse Manager for our Wilkes-Barre, PA Pediatric/Adult
Home Care office. This office provides best in class care to
clients throughout Wilkes Barre, PA and surrounding areas. We

Clinical Nurse Manager could be the position for you.
Responsibilities for a RN Clinical Manager: Lead, inspire and
motivate others to provide exceptional care. Visit our
Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wilkes-Barre, PA
and other surrounding areas. Develop the care plan and oversee its
execution. Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff
in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation. Conduct competencies
on new and tenured staff. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN)
with 1 or more years of experience as an RN. Experience with
pediatric clients strongly preferred. Bilingual a plus Supervisory
