Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Meriden, CT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,214 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: - Inpatient acute care med/tele experience - Stroke patient care and assessment experience - Charge RN experience - At least 1 year of travel experience - 2 years of telemetry stroke experience required License: - RN License (CT or compact) Certifications: - BLS - Stroke NIH certification required (only the one year NIHSS certification will be accepted) Must-Have: - Night shift availability from 7 PM to 7 AM - 36 hours per week - Every other weekend and holiday rotation Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse with inpatient acute care med/tele experience. Candidate must have experience in stroke patient care and assessment. EPIC charting experience is preferred. Charge RN experience is required. A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience is necessary. Two years of telemetry stroke experience is required. Candidates must hold a current RN license in CT or a compact state. BLS certification is required. Stroke NIH certification is necessary, and only the one-year NIHSS certification will be accepted. Position involves night shift work, with a schedule of 7 PM to 7 AM.
