Job Description:
Ivy Rehab is seeking an experienced Clinic Director & Partner to
lead and expand our outpatient physical therapy services. As a

approach. This position offers a strategic and influential role in
managing clinic operations, enhancing service delivery, and driving
business growth in a collaborative environment. The successful
candidate will be responsible for the oversight of daily
operations, staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of
patient care. This position not only focuses on the operational
aspect but also actively participates in patient interaction by
providing specialized therapy services. Join us to lead a team of

operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and
company policies. Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of
therapists, support staff, and administrative personnel. Develop
and implement strategies for patient retention, satisfaction, and
service expansion. Maintain high levels of patient care and
establish quality standards for treatment and services. Collaborate
with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to optimize
patient outcomes. Manage fiscal operations, including budgeting,
forecasting, and financial reporting. Actively provide physical,
occupational, or speech therapy to patients as needed. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage budgets and financial
plans Expertise in physical, occupational, or speech therapy
Competency in healthcare compliance and regulations Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid state license in physical, occupational, or speech therapy
Board certification in a specialized area of therapy
