a NURSE PRACTITIONER to join our team! Salary: $130,000.00 starting
annual salary ( based on relevant experience and active
certifications) Job Type: Full Time Location: Travel between Little
Egg Harbor, NJ 08087 & Bayville, NJ 08721 Who we are: Thompson

Atlantic Health Systems in an effort to grow our medical
neighborhood, and our plan is to grow that medical neighborhood
fast! With a goal to get patients out of pain and keep them out of
pain; THSM has effectively achieved an extremely high satisfaction
rate from our patients. Located throughout New Jersey, THSM takes a
multi-disciplinary approach to patient care by offering a variety
of treatments and services including but not limited to: Physical
Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage
Therapy, and Physical Medicine services. Each discipline
collaborates with years of experience to curate individualized
treatment plans for our patients, focusing on a multi-disciplinary
approach that benefits them most. THSM is looking for team members
who want to make a difference in people's lives through
high-quality treatment and patient-centered, evidence-based care to
excel in patient outcomes. We are excited to be growing our team!
Office Hours: Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Tuesday / Thursday: 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM Office closed from 12:00 PM
to 2:00 PM for lunch breaks and documentation time. No weekend
patient hours. Preferred Qualifications: Prior use of Epic EMR and
scheduling system Experience with trigger point injections/large
joint injections Job Duties (Including but not limited to): Provide
high quality patient care Patient case management and coordination
of treatment plans Patient case management and collaboration with
other services Generating internal and external patient referrals
Attend company marketing events when needed Timely and accurate
completion of treatment documentation Attend company trainings
