serve. We are presently recruiting for a board certified OB/GYN
Physician to provide care to our patients in Bridgeport, CT. Join
our team-based model of care delivered in a kind and compassionate
manner. This integrated care, Community Health Center seeks a MD/DO
who is passionate about treating those in need and working with an

on/retention bonus Position Highlights: • Work in a multispecialty
federally qualified healthcare clinic providing care to an existing
patient base. • Work in a 100% outpatient setting with the
availability of providing outpatient and inpatient obstetric and
gynecological care. • Family friendly schedule, with no on-call
requirements, Monday to Friday working week with the option of

Hartford, within reach of Boston ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS &
RESPONSIBILITIES • Provides direct health care to patients, ages 16
and up, presenting for care. • Provides or directly oversees
gynecology services • Provides or directly oversees prenatal
services for low and high-risk pregnant patients. • Participate in
Medical Staff Meetings and on Optimus committees. • Pursue
continuing medical education opportunities to update medical
knowledge and assure quality patient care. • Work with Teams,
Outreach Workers and with other Department’s staff to facilitate
efforts in providing quality patient care. EDUCATION: Medical
Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of
a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in
Obstetrics & Gynecology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Obstetrics & Gynecology. Current Connecticut licensure Optimus is
