FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Green Brook is a locally owned clinic seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals . We don’t believe in impersonal care and PTs trying to see 4 patients at a time like some other clinics. Our 40-minute one-on-one appointments allow our therapists to give their full attention to just 12 patients a day delivering a better experience for both patient and the team. Primary Responsibilities Include : Perform new-patient evaluations/exams Diagnose patients; evaluate physical activity limitations Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises, track progress Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care Examine and evaluate new patients Establish a diagnosis of condition or conditions and their impact on activity Establish a plan goal and time frame Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises Measure and track intervention effectiveness Educate the patient on continuing care Other duties as assigned Successful Candidates Must Have : Accredited PT program graduate Active NJ state PT license in good standing 3 year(s) of experience preferred but not required – new grads welcome!
