Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Hamidian
Training Institute (HTI), affiliated with the Aaron Center, is
seeking a highly skilled and clinically driven Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in a key clinical and leadership
role within our expanding IBHS program. This position offers a
unique opportunity to help shape new programming while influencing
the quality, structure, and long-term clinical direction of
services. Kids are our primary focus. This role will primarily
support programming designed for children ages 3 to 6 who are not
yet ready for a traditional school environment. While early
childhood services are central to the program, services may extend
to children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 21 as clinical
needs arise. Candidates must be comfortable working across
developmental stages while maintaining strong clinical standards.
HTI is a non-profit organization, making this role eligible for
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) for qualified candidates.
This is an ideal position for a BCBA who wants more than caseload

clinical excellence. Position:Position: Full-Time Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Scranton, PA Compensation:
$85,000 – $90,000 annually, with the potential for higher
compensation based on advanced credentials, specialized experience,
and demonstrated clinical expertise Core Responsibilities: Clinical
Leadership - Develop, revise, and oversee the implementation of
Individualized Treatment Plans. - Conduct face-to-face assessments
to guide treatment planning and clinical decisions. - Ensure
treatment plans are measurable, evidence-based, and consistently
executed. - Serve as the clinical coordinator for assigned cases,
maintaining quality and timeliness of documentation. Patient Care -
Deliver clinical services in accordance with prescribed treatment
hours. - Apply ABA-based assessments and interventions to address
targeted goals. - Design behavior plans that include teaching
strategies for caregivers, educators, BHT-ABAs, and other
stakeholders. - Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment
reports aligned with agency standards Supervision & Staff
Development - Supervise Behavior Specialists and Behavioral Health
Technicians (BHTs). - Provide licensure supervision to Registered
Behavior Technicians (RBTs). - Deliver ongoing clinical guidance,
training, and skill-transfer support. - Maintain professional
competency through continuing education. - Complete BACB-required
8-hour supervision training and list yourself as the RBT supervisor
within the BACB system. Clinical Collaboration - Identify cases
requiring additional professional involvement and collaborate with
the ABA Clinical Director to coordinate care. - Promote
interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure comprehensive service
delivery. Operational Management - Independently manage schedule,
caseload, and team coordination. - Maintain consistent
communication across treatment teams with proper documentation. -
Follow and support organizational policies, procedures, and
operational standards. Compliance & Documentation - Complete
encounter forms and clinical documentation accurately and within
required timelines in the electronic health record. - Maintain
client records in accordance with regulatory standards and best
clinical practices. - Schedule and participate in periodic
treatment conferences. Qualifications: Education - Master’s or
Doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a
related field from an accredited institution. Certification -
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Experience - Minimum one year of professional experience as a BCBA
(Internship and field experience do not satisfy this requirement.)
Licensure Candidates must hold one of the following active
licenses: - Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist (LMFT) - Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)* - Doctor of
Psychology (PsyD) - Physician / Psychiatrist - Physician Assistant
(PA) - Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) - Must be
PROMISe/Medicaid enrolled as an Ordering, Referring, and
Prescribing (ORP) provider. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities -
Ability to adapt within a growing, evolving clinical program. -
Strong leadership, initiative, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Advanced organizational and time-management capabilities. -
Clear, professional communication. - Effective relationship
management and team collaboration. - Commitment to ethical practice
and confidentiality. - Working knowledge of the DSM-5-TR.
Proficiency with electronic health records, data systems, report
writing, and Microsoft 365 or comparable platforms. Work
Environment This role is primarily based in an office setting, with
services occasionally delivered in schools, daycare centers, or
community locations. Travel is minimal and local, averaging no more
than 10% per week. Physical Requirements Role requirements may
