Pine Acres Rehabilitation and Living Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality rehabilitation and long-term care. Our center emphasizes rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, and wellness, aiming to enhance the quality of life for our patients. The candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative environment, utilizing the latest techniques and equipment to develop patient treatment plans that promote optimal physical function and mobility. Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans based on medical history and physical assessments. Implement physical therapy interventions and monitor progress, adapting treatments as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatments, therapy exercises, and injury prevention. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting plans, treatment sessions, and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate treatment options. Guide and supervise physical therapy assistants and aides. Strong analytical skills to diagnose patient issues and evaluate treatments effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to explain complex issues to patients and collaborate with other healthcare providers. Proven ability to manage multiple patient needs simultaneously with precision and empathy. Proficiency in using physical therapy tools and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid state license to practice physical therapy. CPR/BLS certification. Optional: Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is considered an added advantage.
