Job Description:
Frontline Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and
compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team.
In this role, you will be essential in helping patients develop,
recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living
and working environments. You will provide personalized patient
assessments and design effective treatment plans to enhance patient
health and well-being. Your expertise will play a crucial role in
improving the quality of life for individuals recovering from
physical injuries or dealing with chronic conditions. Evaluate
patient condition and needs through functional assessments and
standardized tests. Develop tailored treatment plans to improve
patient’s ability to perform daily activities. Implement
therapeutic interventions such as ergonomics and manual therapies.
Monitor patient progress and revise treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families about the treatment process and home
care strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
provide holistic care. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Expertise in therapeutic techniques and diagnostics.
Ability to handle physical workload and manual dexterity.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) software. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state
license in occupational therapy. NBCOT Certified Occupational
Therapist (OTR).
