Job Description General Surgeon - Gillette, WY Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Shifts: Days (Mon - Fri) Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty Medical Center Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures (routine to complex) • Provide endoscopic services including EGD and colonoscopy • Conduct pre-op evaluations and create personalized surgical plans • Deliver post-operative care and ensure thorough follow-up • Participate in a manageable, shared call rotation • Collaborate with physicians and departments to ensure coordinated patient care • Develop lasting relationships within a supportive and close-knit community Qualifications: • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution • Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program • Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery • Proficiency in both general surgical and endoscopic procedures • Active or eligible for medical licensure in Wyoming • Current surgical case logs and credentials per facility standards Benefits: • $130,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid within the first 30 days) • Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • ?
