Active New Jersey state Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing care in skilled nursing facility environments preferred. Demonstrated ability to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized PT treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Proficiency with documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and family members.
