Job Description:

Jersey Shore Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing excellence in post-acute care and rehabilitation services. In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of nurses and other medical staff to deliver high-quality care and support for our patients. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, recording vital signs, and helping with medical procedures. This position requires a dedicated individual who thrives in a patient-focused, healing environment. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Assist patients in daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse Help patients with mobility needs, including moving them to and from beds, wheelchairs or providing walking assistance Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support Proven ability to monitor and record vital signs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to handle physical demands like lifting or moving patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification BLS/CPR certification
