Job Description:

A hospital system on Staten Island, New York is currently seeking a licensed Adult Psychiatrist for a promising position with their growing team.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 830am to 5:30pm
Setting: Outpatient
Call: No Call

Responsibilities:

Prescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders
Collaborate with other physicians, psychologists, and social workers
Discuss care plans and progress in the collaborative team approach model
Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results
Maintain complete and accurate medical records

Qualifications:

Current unrestricted NY medical license
Board Certified/Eligible in Psychiatry
