Job Description:

We are looking for an excellent Network Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. A network trainer is an experienced educator. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you must possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of our personnel. Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-boarding and training plans for new employees
• Ensure compliance with all workplace regulations and policies
• Assist management in developing and maintaining a high-performance team
• Coach and mentor staff to improve their skills and knowledge
• Assist with the implementation of job-related processes and procedures
• Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
• Design effective training programs
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual sessions
• Prepare educational material
• Support and mentor new employees
• Keep attendance and other records
• Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
• Monitor employee performance and response to training Skills
  • Proven experience as a network trainer
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
