Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer Job ID: 25-08926
Location: Newark, NJ Duration: 06 months of contract We are seeking
an experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to
develop and deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users,
power users, and administrators across various Oracle Fusion ERP
modules. Note: this is a hybrid role requirin 3 days / wk onsite in
Newark NJ Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and
knowledgeable Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Trainer to develop and
deliver high-quality training sessions to end-users, power users,
and administrators across various Oracle Fusion ERP modules (such
as Financials, Procurement/SCM, and Projects). The trainer will
play a key role in ensuring successful user adoption and optimal
use of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions by preparing training
materials, conducting sessions, and providing post-training
support. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information
Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP training or
implementation. Deep understanding of one or more Oracle ERP Cloud
modules (e.g., Financials, Procurement, Projects). Experience
designing and delivering training using different modalities (ILT,
VILT, e-learning). Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal
skills. Ability to translate complex system processes into simple,
clear instructions. Proficiency with tools like Oracle UPK,
Captivate, Articulate, or other eLearning development software.
Working knowledge of Oracle Guided Learning Preferred
Qualifications: Oracle Certified Trainer or related Oracle
certifications. Prior experience in ERP change management or
organizational readiness projects. Experience in cross-functional
ERP implementations. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
(LMS). Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between
$79.00-$89.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay
within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education,
experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
