Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques,
and providing ongoing reports to support data-driven
decision-making processes. The Data Analyst will work closely with
various departments to identify business needs, assess data
quality, and develop actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends,
patterns, and insights. Develop and implement data collection
systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize
efficiency and quality. Prepare reports and dashboards to
communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data
sets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data
requirements and ensure the accuracy of reporting. Assist in the
design and development of databases, data systems, and data
collection strategies. Monitor data integrity, identify data
discrepancies, and recommend corrective measures. Create and
maintain technical documentation for data processes and workflows.
Support business decisions through ad hoc analysis as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Data Science,
Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related
field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a
strong track record of working with large datasets. Proficiency in
data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or Tableau.
Experience with database management systems and ETL processes.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining, and
predictive modeling techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills
and attention to detail. Strong ability to translate complex data
into understandable, actionable insights. Ability to work
independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau,
or similar platforms. Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
