Job Description:
Description Assume a vital position as a key member of a

Lead Infrastructure Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the
Infrastructure Platform team , you apply deep knowledge of
software, applications, and technical processes within the
infrastructure engineering discipline. Continue to evolve your
technical and cross-functional knowledge outside of your aligned
domain of expertise. Job responsibilities Apply technical expertise
and problem-solving methodologies to projects of moderate scope.
Drive a workstream or project consisting of one or more
infrastructure engineering technologies. Work with other platforms
to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and
modernize the organization and its technology processes. Execute
creative solutions for the design, development, and technical
troubleshooting of problems of moderate complexity. Strongly
consider upstream/downstream data and systems or technical
implications and advise on mitigation actions. Contribute to a team
culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. Lead
upgrades, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Endpoint
Configuration Manager (MECM) infrastructure. Install, configure,
test, and maintain MECM OSD, application software, compliance
baselines, and patch management. Collaborate with Cybersecurity to
determine compliance requirements for patching. Partner with
Microsoft to provide escalated support and problem management for
endpoint management. Drive L3 incident management, day-to-day
escalations, service, and problem resolution for Endpoint
Management. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering/
managing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) concepts
and 5 years of applied experience Having Security Clearance.
Applicant may be subject to security to a security investigation
and must meet eligibility requirement. Deep knowledge of one or
more areas of infrastructure engineering, such as hardware,
networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment
practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience, or
performance assessments. Deep knowledge of one specific
infrastructure technology and scripting languages (e.g., Scripting,
Python, etc.). Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple
cloud technologies, with the ability to operate in and migrate
across public and private clouds. Experience with MECM disaster
recovery planning and testing. Experience in setting up, operating,
tuning, and troubleshooting MS SQL. Ability to read and analyze SQL
queries, along with developing stored procedures. Experience with
Agile Development and Continuous Integration. Proficiency with
automation via PowerShell. Preferred qualifications, capabilities,
and skills Hybrid Cloud experience with AWS/Azure preferred. SCCM
SSRS Reporting experience preferred. PKI and PCI DSS experience
preferred. Microsoft Intune experience preferred
