Description Are you ready to transform how payments
disbursements, operations, and controls are developed and delivered
in the public sector? As a Product Delivery Lead in our Commercial
& Investment Bank Payments Team, you will leverage your
problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and
drive customer-centric strategies. As a leader in delivery, you
will collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Legal &
Contracts, and Risk & Control teams to deliver tailor-made product
solutions that meet clients’ needs. As a Product Manager in the
North America Public Sector Product Team, you are an integral part
of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key
client relationships. You are responsible for acting as the voice
of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating
feedback to cross-functional teams leveraging your knowledge of
treasury, payments and Public Sector products and solutions. Job
Responsibilities Develops a product strategy and product vision
that delivers value to Federal Government customers. Manages
discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions
and integrate them into the product roadmap. Owns, maintains, and
develops an agile product backlog that enables development to
support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
Partner with 3rd party vendors / partners to enhance product
offering. Work with both North America and Global Public Sector
teams to replicate best practices and across several client
scenarios and solutions to drive stickiness. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including Technology, Design, Operations,
Legal & Contracts, Risk & Controls to integrate high-value
experiences into product development processes, ensuring seamless
and customer-centric solutions. Articulate and present product
strategies and decisions to leadership, clearly communicating the
value and impact of our solutions. Required Qualifications,
Capabilities, and Skills 5 years of relevant work experience, with
a focus on complex business processes in banking or similar
industries, including experience in public sector challenges. This
role supports US Federal government contracts that require, U.S.
citizenship or lawful permanent status Proven ability to lead and
structure agile delivery, ensuring high-quality execution.
Experience in assessing the impact of business value and product
strategy to drive successful organizational outcomes. Demonstrated
ability to understand and work effectively with engineering teams
particularly within public sector and regulated environments.
Bachelor’s Degree or deep relevant work experience. Preferred
Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Experience in designing
for financial services, insurance, payments, and government
solutions, with a focus on public sector challenges, is a plus. A
Government Security Clearance may be required for this position.
