conception to launch by connecting the technical and business

closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help
design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's
information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the
execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning,
packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Evolve Search into the best information agent by delivering Gen AI
responses to our users across our core AI surfaces (AI Overviews
and AI Mode). The AI Rich Experiences product team is defining the
next generation Consumer AI Search experience. We are reimagining
what the most helpful and actionable answer is throughout your
interactions with Search, building and pushing frontier
capabilities of our models. We are expanding Search to satisfy new
journeys by being stateful, assistive, and collaborative. We are
building out the AI interface needed for a Generative Artificial
Intelligence (GenAI) Search experience. In Google Search, we're
reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and
anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering
challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a
universally accessible and useful experience that people around the
world rely on. In joining the Search team, you'll have an

US base salary range for this full-time position is
$240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring

Responsibilities Be accountable for defining and driving new
productivity cases in Search. Ensure new productivity capabilities
are discoverable and accessible in our AI products. Define product
investments we need to make to push Search to be the leading
product to accomplish tasks. Partner with engineers across Search
to translate those bets into tangible deliverables Drive top line
growth for Search.
