Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation
Attorney to join a dynamic civil litigation firm in Williamsport,
PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney
looking to handle a meaningful and varied caseload, work alongside
a collegial and talented team, and continue developing a successful
litigation practice in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of civil litigation,
including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking
depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and representing
clients at trial. Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy to
clients across a range of complex litigation matters. Represent
clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement
negotiations. Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff
to ensure high-quality client outcomes. Maintain and strengthen
client relationships through exceptional service and
responsiveness. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an
accredited law school. Active and in good standing with the
Pennsylvania Bar. Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation
experience. Proven litigation skills including strong legal
research, writing, and oral advocacy. Excellent organizational
skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet
deadlines. High level of professionalism, ethics, and commitment to
