Key Responsibilities: Provide essential support to attorneys by drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents. Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and regulations. Oversee case file management, ensuring seamless document production and organization. Maintain effective communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trial presentations. Attend court proceedings and legal meetings as needed. Perform administrative and case management tasks to support the firm's daily operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice law. Solid knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court filing requirements. Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with legal research tools and document management systems.
