Job Description:
As a No-Fault Attorney for our insurance company, you will be
responsible for handling a portfolio of no-fault claims litigation.
This role demands a professional who is adept at balancing
aggressive advocacy with negotiation and claims resolution. You
will play a crucial role in managing relationships with claimants,
insurers, and other stakeholders in the insurance landscape,
ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies. Represent
the company in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediations
related to no-fault claims. Provide legal advice and guidance on
claims involving no-fault insurance laws. Prepare and review legal
documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Negotiate settlements in an effort to resolve disputes efficiently
and effectively. Collaborate with claims adjusters and other
attorneys to strategize on case handling. Stay updated with
relevant changes in insurance law and no-fault statutes. Educate
other staff members on legal risk and compliance matters associated
with no-fault claims. Strong proficiency in litigation with a focus
on insurance claims. Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution
skills. Ability to interpret and apply insurance law effectively.
Superior written and verbal communication skills. High attention to
detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
