This role is critical to keeping shop operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate parts procurement, inventory management, and timely delivery to Technicians. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced body shop or automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: Procure automotive parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for Technicians Maintain accurate parts inventory, locations, and stock levels Deliver parts to Technicians efficiently to support workflow and cycle time Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage relationships, and ensure part quality Oversee shipping and receiving processes to support effective warehouse operations Provide exceptional internal customer service by answering Technician questions regarding parts availability and specifications Support overall shop efficiency through strong organization and attention to detail Qualifications: Experience working in a parts department, including parts ordering, receiving, and delivery to Technicians Strong mechanical knowledge; automotive repair or service experience preferred Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, and shipping & receiving Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while remaining self-motivated Previous body shop or dealership experience highly preferred CCC ONE and/or Mitchell repair estimating software knowledge is a plus Additional Titles: Automotive Parts Coordinator Body Shop Parts Specialist Parts Manager (Shop-Level) Collision Parts Specialist Automotive Inventory Specialist Keywords for SEO: Automotive Parts, Body Shop, Collision Repair, Inventory Management, Parts Ordering, CCC ONE, Mitchell, Warehouse Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Technician Support, Supplier Negotiation, Automotive Repair, Dealership Experience We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
