Job Description Job Description Production Quality & Packaging Inspector Job Description The Production Quality & Packaging Inspector is responsible for performing visual inspections, grading, and packaging activities in accordance with defined quality standards and customer requirements. This role ensures product compliance through accurate inspection, documentation, and communication of quality issues, while supporting production efficiency and product integrity. Responsibilities Perform packaging and labeling operations in accordance with defined procedures. Ensure customer packaging requirements are met at all times. Operate and manage consumable supplies for packaging equipment. Provide parts to edge-to-edge inspection control in accordance with established definitions. Conduct edge-to-edge floor inspections based on defined grading standards. Apply customer quality requirements consistently. Document inspection results in SAP. Essential Skills Production and manufacturing industry experience. Machine operating and inspection experience. Experience with industrial machinery. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools. Experience in packaging. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to follow detailed quality and inspection definitions. Experience operating packaging equipment (preferred). Effective communication skills for reporting quality concerns. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hazleton, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
