This role focuses on crafting high-quality medical components crucial to our innovative products that are trusted by healthcare professionals worldwide. As a Craftsperson at B. Braun, you will utilize specialized tools and machinery to transform raw materials into precision parts, playing a key role in our commitment to enhancing patient care and safety. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics to accurately fabricate medical components. Operate and maintain complex machinery, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment. Perform detailed quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict standards and specifications. Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to innovate and refine product designs. Manage inventory of materials and tools required for production tasks. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations within the manufacturing facility. Document all manufacturing processes and results for compliance and improvement purposes. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools Ability to read technical documents and blueprints Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience with CNC programming and operation Strong communication skills for effective teamwork Medical Insurance 401k Certification in CNC operation (preferred) OSHA Safety Certification (beneficial)
