Job DescriptionT&M is looking for a highly motivated IT Support Specialist with exceptional customer service and technical troubleshooting skills. The candidate will be responsible for Help Desk support, desktop and server operating system support, mobile device support, and basic systems administration for Microsoft technologies, including endpoint management, file and print management systems, messaging and collaboration systems, and system/data backups. The candidate will work with the IT team and vendors to design, implement, operate and support assigned systems.Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Provide outstanding end-user support for our employeesDeploy, troubleshoot, and administer Microsoft and Apple devices and systemsParticipate in the Help Desk rotation and respond to after-hours requestsMaintain IT ticketing and asset management systemsProvide support for software applicationsBasic administration of SaaS and PaaS platforms such as Microsoft 365 and AzureBasic administration of endpoint management and protection systemsAssist with the installation and administration of servers, networking, and storage systemsCreate and maintain related documentationRequired Skills:3+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent customer service skillsExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)Strong Windows OS troubleshooting skillsExperience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administrationStrong TCP/IP networking skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentIndustry certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft) desirableWhy T&M?Flexible Work Arrangements (both in location and hours)Defined Career Progression PathsDiversity and Inclusion initiativesProfessional development trainingsTuition and continuing education reimbursementWellness programs for physical, emotional, and financial wellnessThe core of T&M is to focus on clients, act with integrity, be accountable for the work we do and deliver quality as a result.
