As a CBRE Project Management Coordinator, you will provide basic crucial administrative support to the team. This includes project documentation preparation such as purchase orders, various government agreements (contracts), partner concern for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, interfacing with clientele for approval reminders in various systems, and financial reconciliations alongside both project managers and quantity surveyors.

This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and financial close out.

What You'll Do:

  • Process documentation for project commitments. Acquire external quotes for processing. Coordinate change orders, change directives and contemplative change notices with consultants and vendors.
  • Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding projects among teams and clients.
  • Assist with contract administration. This includes attending tender openings and recording results, issuing letters of acceptance and regret, etc.
  • Enter project information and data into project management technology tools.
  • Process invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.
  • Assist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation.
  • Use existing procedures to tackle straightforward sophisticated problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
  • Assure the project management team remains in compliance with the timing and approval of all purchase order creations
  • Assist with badging creation for site visitors and coordinate internal vendor email accounts.



    What You'll Need:

    • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
    • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
    • Communication skills to exchange straightforward detailed information via email and in in-person meetings where vital.
    • Working knowledge of Google Microsoft Office products. Examples include Sheets, Docs, Slides Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive attitude.
    • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
    • Preferred: Experience with processing systems such as Docusign, Ebuilder, BuyingHub etc.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Coordinator position is $68,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Coordinator position is $78,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
