Our client, in consumer packaged goods (foods) is seeking an
Associate Manager, Consumer & Market Insights to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in both qualitative and
quantitative research methods and able to translate consumer
behavior into actionable business strategies. Job Title: Associate
Manager, Consumer & Market Insights Location: Hoboken NJ (work from
home 3 days a week) Contract: 9 Months (extension possible) Pay
Range: $50 - $60 hourly (W2 only) What’s the Job? Seeking a
passionate and analytical insights professional to join our
Consumer & Market Insights team where role focuses on leading
innovation research to support the developmen t and optimization of
new products and renovations across North American markets Lead and
execute consumer research projects using both qualitative and
quantitative methods to support innovation and renovation
initiatives. Translate business questions into research plans ,
develop hypotheses, and deliver insights that inform strategic
decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
R&D, Marketing, Finance, and Planning to align insights with
execution plans. Monitor consumer trends and competitive landscape
to identify growth opportunities and pilot new research tools and
agile methodologies. What’s Needed? Required: Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field;
advanced degree a plus. 5 years of experience in consumer insights
and innovation strategy, preferably in CPG or food-related
industries. Some CPG experience is also required 2 years
Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods,
including survey design, focus groups, and data analysis. Strong
communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence
cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment What’s in it
