[Call Center / Receptionist / Administrative Assistant / Remote]
- Anywhere in U.S. / Full Time - As a Lab Dispatcher/CSR you'll:
Dispatch all orders for services to field service personnel within
fifteen (15) minutes of order entry; Properly document changes to
orders requested by facility and/or ordering physician; Coordinate
estimated time of arrival (ETA) with appropriate technician and
facility; Ensure dispatched orders are confirmed as received by
technicians; Contact facilities when scheduling or re-scheduling is
necessary for any reason; Assist with inbound Customer Service
